I Tried Getting a Pedicure at a Local Beauty Salon
I am always skeptical about the beauty parlor services around Libertad area after my favorite Bong's Salon Libertad Branch closed down. In fact, I am not a fan of availing other services in small salons because sometimes their services cost a lot but the quality is very poor.
However, it became one of the things I want to cross out my bucketlist. So, I decided to go out for a bit and rush to Cinde's Beauty Salon which is just located in the corner across Palawan Express Pawnshop Libertad Branch.
They were almost closing when I came because it was already 5:00pm but they were very accomodating. I opt for a pedicure first but I ended up getting a manicure as well.
My fingernails, toenails and skin are very sensitive and they are easily cut or wounded if not very careful, but the nail technician whom I forgot to ask her name has the lightest hands. She knew almost instantly that my nails are as thin as paper and even suggested that I should rub garlic on it before I sleep.
She suggested that I should not apply nail paint for awhile because the nail paint on my nails were almost a month old and it damaged my poor nails. As a 27-year old, I have no idea that this was the case. So, I followed her advice and left my nails free from chemicals.
Their manicure costs Php 99.00 and pedicure cost Php 99.00. It is cheaper than the last local salon shop that was located in the main street which costs Php 120.00 only for cleaning.
In conclusion, I am deeply satisfied with their nail service here so I will find myself coming back here again.
PS: One of my biggest insecurities is my feet so I will not be posting it online. Hehe. ✌
