Christmas Carol Medley by NCT Doyoung, Jaehyun & Jungwoo

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas indeed.


The trio that I only dreamed of singing together in one screen has finally appeared in reality and doing a Christmas carol! Who am I to complain? It took me awhile to push myself to watch this content because I missed them so much. 

And again, they never disappoint.

The trio performed J. Matthis' "It's Beginning to Look a lot like Christmas" being Jaehyun as the center of this piece. The man's deep and sultry voice felt like drinking a smooth hot chocolate drink in front of a fireplace in the middle of the night. Doyoung's and Jungwoo's voices were lighter compared to his, which made the harmony just perfect.

Doyoung took the center spot when they performed Jeff Bernat's version of "Christmas Song". The "Christmas Song" by Nat King Cole is my personal favorite. This never gets old in my playlist and will always bring the kid in me. Jaehyun lead the first line and was soon followed by Doyoung's airy sweet voice, the way he reaches a deep airy tone just made me fall for him more. 

Lastly, my boy Jungwoo, took center spot for SNSD-TTS' "Dear Santa". Jungwoo's vocals have been soft and light toned which really makes the line he sings brighter in tone and color. He is just so cute as he continues to vibe with the two as they all sing.

This is just one of things I enjoy being an NCTzen. They never fail to produce more content to showcase their talents.

  I finally got the chance to visit Baywalk after many years. The last time I came here was in summer 2016 and back then it looked like it was a deserted place where nothing but parked cars and old tires piled up in the middle of the empty space. The lights weren't bright either, though, the security was available. This year, 2023, I decided to have a spontaneous night drive with my father and younger siblings. Our main problem was we didn't have money to pay for the entrance fee which costs PHP 20.00, but I was glad I received gift money from my aunt last Christmas and had been keeping it for this day. I actually expected a lot after they reopened it because I heard many of my friends who went to visit Baywalk, they said it was great.  But I was a bit disappointed. A New Blog for My Stories!

I first started reading fan fictions when I was in high school and I was captivated by the limitless scenarios one could imagine for a character. A lot of people may have a different impression (mostly negative ones) regarding fan fictions, but it does promote creativity to the writer. Sometimes, it is so difficult to find a certain muse or a model to base your characters with, especially with names, that I always end up using my favorite celebrities names to keep the story going.  Some fan fictions may include a lot of sexual stuff, but there are so many writers who aren't fond of it. Instead, they write fan fictions to express themselves, to inspire others and even to investigate a crime scene through the story. Bacolod City on January 1st

A few years ago, I used to visit my relatives on New Year's Day but things have changed since then.  I am not sure if it is just me or it is a part of growing up where you focus more on yourself more than other things.  I focused on spending time with my dad and my younger siblings. We decided to have a night drive with a tricycle around the downtown area.  We first dropped by Bacolod City Plaza where it was filled with illumination. It seemed that I should have gone when it was newly decorated because the lights would have been complete. When I came there, almost half of the illumination were broken.  It still pretty, I must say. I enjoyed strolling.
